What is Poke Bowl ?

Poke Bowl 源自夏威夷，当地一道传统菜，将生鱼和各种食材混合。音译“波奇”，60年代，Poke在夏威夷当地语中意为“切块儿”,即混合生鱼块代名词，起源于夏威夷人用海盐、海藻调味珊瑚鱼的食用习惯。

在夏威夷，最传统的Poke是由鱼、盐、当地海藻和切碎的夏威夷坚果 Kukui组成，鱼生追求新鲜。最初它只是道凉拌小菜，逐渐当地人将它盖在米饭上并用酱油调味，逐渐衍变成风靡全球和网络的Poke Bowl 。
